TO RENT AN APRTMENT NEAR WAYNE STATE UNIVERSITY

I am a man,43 years old.I will go to Wayne State University of Medical School in about late October or early November.I want to rent an apartment near or in Wayne State University.I can share the apartment with a roommate or rent the apartment by myself.The rent fee is expected to be about 400-500 dollars per month.If I share the apartment with a roommate,the roommate should be a tidy and well educated person.
